Elizabeth really works on giving you the best policy

I had no issues with my previous agent and then I got switched over to this office. Trying to add new vehicles to my policy has been nothing but a nightmare. I have been given multiple prices and dealt with 3 different bill amounts in the past 3 months. This has been the worst experience with an insurance company. Luckily you can switch agents, which I am currently in the process of since I haven't had a problem with state farm, just this location.

I had a great experience as a new client with this agency. Highly professional, supportive and empathetic. Amy asked great questions and patiently laid out my options. They were able to get me lined up with a new policy quickly, even though I was insuring a new type of electric vehicle that might have caused some obstacles with other offices/insurers.

Elizabeth and others at State Farm helped me get a plan to cover everything I needs. From vehicles to the animals on my property as well as the pole barn on my property. Very nice and professional staff.
