Absolutely the worst insurance agency I have dealt with. They changed my contact info without my knowledge and after a call and email, still did not correct it. I was misquoted on a policy premium, by a significant amount and Amy is the phone henchmen, rude, condescending and refuses to listen. Emailing Elizabeth is useless. She doesn't respond by phone or email. This is the type of agent you get when you use this company. If you use Statefarm and/or this agent, you are on your own to figure it all out. They have zero customer service skills and even less communication skills.
